Text Box: Frequently Asked Questions: Are you different from LeTip, BNI, or other leads type groups? We are quite different. We remove the inconvenience and cost of commuting to a meeting weekly, by holding our meetings online bi-weekly. Our online meetings consist of business/professional introductions and descriptions of service with focus on a selected member for a brief presentation. Our in person bi-weekly meetings are Master Mind/Brain Storm based in order to give and receive valuable resources, advice, and information to help move careers in a favorable direction. How are meetings conducted online? Meetings are conducted via tele-conference and webinar. Attendees call a pre-determined phone number, enter a code and then log in to a webinar online. Attendees may also “Listen Only” by just calling the assigned phone number. As the meeting progresses, members present their businesses, discuss ideal clients and partners, etc.. Simultaneously their Bizivents.com profiles are displayed on screen, leads are exchanged, and requests for further contact are made by interested members. Can I form a location in my city/area? Yes, we encourage this. This is a very effective way for a well connected person to leverage their network and be compensated on attained memberships. Members voice concerns prior to the meetings and a vote decides topics discussed. Resources, advice, along with valuable information are exchanged among our experienced attendees. You will leave these meetings energized and equipped to tackle previously difficult business challenges.

Text Box: Attendee Requirements for Online Meetings: You must have a high-speed internet connection Presenting your business; Create a Bizivents.com free profile and upload a self portrait or company logo RSVP 16 to 24 hours before meeting You can use a telephone or a computer headset/microphone You will have approximately 2 mins to pitch your business Tips for Success: Upload a self portrait opposed to a logo. Attendees feel more comfortable with a face. Fill in the “Business Needs” section of your Bizivents profile with information like; Your Ideal Client, Ideal Partner, Business Questions/Concerns, Who you can best assist, etc. Speak clearly and at a pace that you can be understood. Not too fast or too slow After attending online meetings, use the in-person meetings as an opportunity to meet interesting contacts face to face and build relationships.
